Crunch bills are designed to show full transparency. Its important that you understand exactly what you’re paying for. Crunch allows you to monitor your usage and learn exactly how you communicate and the best way to manage all your communication needs by the My Crunch Account tool.

To track and monitor your usage you can click on the My Account. In order to log on to My Crunch Account for the first time you need to contact Crunch customer service team on 1300 78 30 67 who will provide you with the required log on details. Once you have these details you’re ready to log in and manage your Crunch account as often as you like.

My Crunch Account allows you to view up to 6 months of previous bills, your account history as well as unbilled charges and payment details.


My Crunch account provides a detailed view of calls to 13/1300 numbers, mobile, national, international and premium destinations including the time and date and the recipients number for eligible services. You can also view and print up to the last 6 months of itemised usage directly from My Crunch Account.


To request an itemisation record directly from Crunch contact us on 1300 78 30 67. We will action your request as soon as possible, in some cases it can take up to 5 business days. We can email, fax or mail the request to you.

Itemised information is available free of charge for 24 months from the date of usage. Outside this time period a fee of $5.50 per bill or usage period will be added to your next invoice.


If you are a residential customer, we will help you control your spend by providing you with notifications via email when you reach 50%, 85%, and 100% of your data allowance that is included in your broadband plan if it is not unlimited downloads.

Usage notifications do not occur in real time but with delay of 24 hours after you actually reached the respective thresholds.
