How to Move Home?

Move home to an ADSL2+ with Home Phone Combo service

Before you move, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 78 30 67 (option 1) as soon as possible so we can assist you in relocating your CRUNCH Broadband and Home Phone service.

How long does it take?

Installation of ADSL2+ with Home Phone Combo at your new home will take approximately 5-20 working days. Let us know early when you are moving home so that we can start the process as soon as possible!

Can I get Unlimited Combos at my new place?

Yes, you can move home to any of the current ADSL2+ with Home Phone Combo plans as long as the plan is available at your new address.

Can I use my existing ADSL2+ with Home Phone Combo service while relocation is in progress?

You can nominate a date to start the moving home process. Your ADSL2+ with Home Phone service will be installed within 5-20 working days after the date you nominated. You can use your existing service up until the new service at your new home becomes active, after which service at your old home will be cancelled.

Can I keep my existing CRUNCH Username or Email?

Yes, you will be able to keep your existing CRUNCH Username and Email as we will simply relocate your account to your new location.

Can I keep my existing CRUNCH Home Phone number??

CRUNCH will confirm whether your number is eligible to be moved to the new home upon submitting your application. Number move eligibility is based on the geographical zoning rules set by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

How do I check the progress of my service relocation?

CRUNCH will keep you updated via email of the progress of your service relocation. You can also check the progress of ADSL2+ with Home Phone installation by calling 1300 78 30 67
